We take great care to assure the highest quality products at affordable prices with fast turnaround. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Support Specialists at 888-771-0809. We will issue a full refund for the price of the product minus the shipping fees or re-do your order: it’s your choice.

As you can understand, certain circumstances are beyond our control, and unfortunately cannot be covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee:

  • Shipping delays due to terms defined by UPS, including weather, mechanical failure, etc. (Please visit UPS.com for more information.)
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by customers when entering text or order information.
  • Errors in user-selected options, such as paper color and quantity.

A few other items to help:

  • Color Variation on Different Monitors. Unfortunately, we cannot match colors viewed on different monitors. If you have any concerns about the color tone or print quality, we would be happy to overnight a printed proof.
  • Processing and Shipping Times. Our processing and shipping times are prominently displayed through the order process and on many pages of our site. Please read these times carefully.
